Mr. Bunty is named for the first time. He previously had a reasonably-sized "guest" role in " Flobsters on Parade". Beating Hades once isn’t enough. Doing battle with the final boss doesn’t end the game — there’s still a whole lot of game left, even after the credits roll and you’ve defeated Hades 10 times. To truly ‘complete’ the story, you need to reach the Epilogue. My jaw dropped. The movie was a masterpiece for the ages, with stunning visuals and captivating performances. OK FINALLY a 5 Star book I can get behind!!! I say this every time I read one of these books BUT I always expect after 16 books that these will start to become not so good… God am I always proven wrong and thank goodness for that. I just love this series and I simply never want it to end. No diggity. The final match between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal was a tennis battle for the ages.

BUT be warned and I warn you all in every review… IF YOU HATE SWEARING DO NOT READ THESE BOOKS …. They feature some pretty foul language… it doesn’t bother me because it add to the colour of the characters… I know some people find it unnecessary but… in this case I think it actually adds to it… thats just for me though… so if you are easily offended by swearing then I would suggest skipping these… and especially the spin off Bob Hoon novels because he is a foul mouthed mongrel at best 🤣 And that’s really it! You don’t need to reach 100% companionship with all companions, you don’t need to max-out the Gods or gain all their hearts, or collect all the secret artifacts. The Pact of Punishment is not involved or required. The phrase "for the ages" is an idiomatic expression that refers to something that will stand the test of time and will be remembered or regarded for years to come. He scored a goal for the ages, dribbling past four defenders and shooting from outside the box. If you’ve not read any of these books, start right now, and start with book one, because as with any family, you need to know the good the bad & the ugly, damnit I just NAILED Hoon in 3 words (not counting the the’s & the &’s) And get your filthy mind out of the gutter, nailing means lots of things I’ll have you know! It’s definitely at a point in the series where you need to have read at least the past five or six (but who would want to miss any of the previous instalments) to thoroughly enjoy, and also getting to where changes in the team are inevitable.

This was like welcoming old friends round for a cup of tea and cake. A favourite series and author I found by chance looking through kindle store and as I've kindle unlimited thought I would give it a go. But book one surprised me, I was only 1/4 of the way into it & I went and bought every single book. I think that states enough how much I enjoy them. The concert was a musical extravaganza for the ages, featuring some of the most talented artists of our time. When a blood-soaked old man is spotted wandering through a sleepy fishing village in the far north of Scotland, his neighbours think he’s been in an accident.I must find a frostpaw direbear south of Ry'Gorr Keep ( -797, -338, 3124 ) Copy /waypoint -797, -338, 3124 idiomatic ) In a manner that produces long-lasting effects; for posterity; for a very long duration. One For the Ages is a fantastic addition to this excellent series by J. D. Kirk. I enjoy reading books in this series, and One For The Ages did not disappoint. I had trouble putting this book down. I love J. D. Kirk's portrayal of his characters and how they interact throughout this book. One For The Ages is well-written and researched by J. D. Kirk. I like J. D. Kirk's description of the settings of One For The Ages, which allowed me to imagine being part of the book's plot. Whereas Trex's eyes were blue in his previous appearance in " Return of the Dino Bot" and only turned red when he was possessed by Doctor Morocco's virus, from this story on they're permanently red.

Each and every one of the books has superior storylines and are equally funny. I don't know how JD Kirk manages it. Some of the one-liners are, in the Glaswegian vernacular, PURE, DEAD BRULLIENT! Comedians would PAY for them! As expected the team is still brilliant and I loved Sinead’s maternity replacement. A lot happens with the character development in this novel which is excellent. Hoon, in his consultant role adds spice to the story (and flowery language used). The one-liners - just masterful!

In all honesty I’m a ‘cover snob’ and when covers look cheap I tend to think the books are either author printed, or are just the cheapest of book publishers, I did say I was a snob when it comes to books!
