I wanted a self discovery book, I never heard of this book but thought I would give it a try and WOW! Some parts were nice but it just felt preachy having a character constantly talking about how you should or shouldn’t be - even if it is with good intentions. The death in the book is symbolic of change as if we want to change whatever we are currently doing we have to end it so we can move on in a different direction. I love everything about the Internet, and in my own small way was pleased to be part of the disrupters who helped to change the world with this digital revolution.Their quest is built upon the metaphor of a bus journey from birth till death and everything in between.

I really struggled with this, as a self proclaimed ‘self help’ book I think it would be enjoyed if you wanted to just read one chapter on a certain subject.

You’ll find that each step forward is not as scary as your thoughts – those “imposters” in your head – would have you believe. I really like this ideology that life is a bus and to get to somewhere you want to need to takes stops.

He wants the world to be a place that everyone can enjoy, live in peace and love and hopes that one day as a race we can reduce suffering and stop stupid wars or at least stop voting in leaders who want to fight with other countries.Through his writing, Grahame aspires to leave a lasting impression on his readers, hoping that even a single nugget of wisdom can inspire them or enhance their lives in some positive way.
