Once you've attached your Outdoor (3rd Gen) Camera to the Floodlight Mount, you are ready to install it anywhere around your home using the included mounting kit. I prefer no refunds, but please let me know if you have an issue or you have improvements for my products. Attach the camera: Align the mounting holes on the back of the Blink camera with the drilled holes on the wall.
Test the camera: After mounting and adjusting the camera, test it to ensure it is functioning properly. Gather the necessary tools: You will need a drill, screws, wall anchors (if required), and a screwdriver. We recommend holding the camera where you want to mount and try a Live View by pressing this icon in the app. Notes on Colors: “Galaxy” designated colors like Black Galaxy and Purple Galaxy have small amounts of glitter in the plastic. Rainbow colors can be very different, this is an option for a unique and one of a kind color scheme, but “random” includes soft hues, ombré effect, stripped and or subtle color tones. Once it's been deleted, the Floodlight Settings section is removed from your camera's Device Settings; however, your Outdoor (3rd Gen) Camera will remain operational in your system. Depending on where your camera is placed, it may be helpful to attach the adapter to the camera before attaching both to the mount. Follow these instructions if you want to delete your Blink Floodlight Mount from the Blink app and continue to use the Outdoor (3rd Gen) camera attached to it. This way once the mount is attached, or once your Blink XT camera is mounted outdoors, you can remove it to replace batteries.
